Question 1

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

7–10 days from drop-off to pickup for most jobs.

Question 2

Where do I drop off?

Accepted Answer

Our main shop is at 7785 Lindsey Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. You can also drop off and pick up at 10295 Quail St, Westminster, CO 80021. We work by appointment, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.

Question 3

Can you match my factory (OEM) color?

Accepted Answer

We can match most OEM colors. Send us the color name or paint code and a photo.

Question 4

Do you fix curb rash?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Light curb rash repair is free with every wheel job. Deep gouges, cracks, and welding are quoted after we see the wheel.

Question 5

Do I need to take my tires off?

Accepted Answer

No. We can remove, remount, and balance your tires with new valve stems for $100 per tire.

Question 6

Is sandblasting and stripping included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every job is sandblasted and chemically stripped to bare metal before coating, at no extra charge.

Question 7

Do I need a clear coat?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want one, or if your color requires it. Clear costs extra and is never added unless you pick it. Chrome, illusion, and some other colors need a clear by the maker’s rules, and the builder adds it for you. Wrinkle and high-heat powders can’t take a clear. Without a clear, your color keeps the shine it’s made with.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We take a 50% deposit to book every job, and the rest is due when you pick up. We accept cash, Venmo (@Devon-Stedry), or Zelle to 720-968-6116.

Question 9

Can you rush my job?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. Rush jobs are case by case, depending on what’s already in the oven. Check “I need it rushed” when you send your project, or text us, and we’ll tell you if we can and what it adds.

Question 10

Do you coat things other than wheels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If it is metal and fits our oven, we can coat it.

Question 11

Is there a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our coating is covered for 2 years against peeling, flaking, and chipping caused by our prep or workmanship.
